Educational Resources

We will provide links to our own and other organisations’ resources in order support home-learning and other activities as far as possible although we do realise that not all activities will we possible at this time:

The Clean-up and Create Art Competition

This competition is supported by our friends at the Boltini Trust and will see groups of young people and individuals create art from litter and recycled material to communicate the negative impacts of litter and help change behaviour so that we can all live in a litter free environment.

The Beelines Habitat Competition - Launching in May 2020

This competition is part of the Beelines campaign and will see schools learn about the importance of pollinators and their habitats. The curriculum based activities will also see youngsters research and plan a pollinator habitat project for their school ground. These project proposals will be submitted as a competition entry with the winning schools being awarded funding towards the creation of the habitat in their school grounds!

All schools will also be provided with resources and guidance to fundraise towards the delivery of the project so that even schools who do not win the competition have a good project and avenues to fundraise towards it
